Responsibilities:

Identifying, acquiring, and developing new business opportunities in France and the Benelux region.
Building, nurturing, and maintaining strong long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
Selling IT services, including body leasing, team leasing, success fee models, and project-based solutions.
Collaborating closely with operational teams in France, Poland and Morocco to deliver the best tailored solutions for clients.
Acting as the key point of contact between clients, internal teams, and technical experts.
Working together with Technical Experts to develop proposals and deliver optimized technical solutions.
Conducting market research, identifying trends, and exploring new growth opportunities.
Meeting sales targets, preparing reports, and analyzing performance indicators.

Requirements:

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in IT services sales.
Experience in IT outsourcing / body leasing / team leasing is highly welcomed.
Solid understanding of the IT industry, technical roles, and current market trends.
Excellent command of French (C1) and English (C1) —mandatory.
Strong negotiation and communication skills in an international environment.
Proactive mindset, self-driven attitude, and strong business orientation.
Availability for monthly business trips to France.
