Responsibilities:

• Designing end-to-end Modern Device Management (MDM) architecture using Intune, Azure AD, Autopilot, and JAMF/SCCM
• Translating business requirements into scalable, secure, and compliant technical solutions
• Defining lifecycle processes: provisioning, patching, compliance, and decommissioning
• Leading implementation in a waterfall model: planning, design, build, testing, and deployment
• Coordinating SME teams, engineers, and change management; ensuring quality delivery
• Providing technical governance and strategic advisory throughout the entire project
• Collaborating with business leaders, IT operations, and vendors to align technical solutions
• Presenting key architectural decisions and status updates to senior stakeholders
• Monitoring trends in endpoint management, digital workplace, and cloud workspace
• Driving automation, standardization, and continuous improvement across MDM processes
