Project information:
Responsibilitites:
Serve as the primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders
Design and develop architecture for End User Services, Virtual Workplace and Managed Workplace solutions
Ensure alignment with the client's technical and business requirements
Perform smooth handover to delivery teams, ensuring proper documentation and knowledge transfer
Build and enhance automation solutions for workplace operations
Maintain alignment with client expectations throughout project phases
Ensure all deliverables meet or exceed quality standards, including documentation, architecture designs and implementation readiness
Requirements:
4-8 years of experience in End User Services
Minimum 4 years of experience in Managed Workplace and Virtual Workplace environments
Strong knowledge of hybrid-cloud architectures
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Familiarity with cloud-native solutions
Scripting / automation capabilities (e.g., PowerShell, Python, etc.)
Certifications in 1-2 cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP, etc.)
Knowledge of CCP, COS and DOP methodologies/skills
Strong understanding of cybersecurity, endpoint security and mobile device security
Proficiency in English and German (must-have)
