Personal data collected through job applications (CV) – for the purposes of both the current and future recruitment processes – is processed in accordance with Article 6(1)(a), and in terms of image – Article 9(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) no. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (further referred to as GDPR). Personal data provided by the candidate related to:
- participation in a selected recruitment process will be stored until the recruitment process is completed for a given position,
- participation in future recruitment processes will be stored until the candidate's consent to the processing of their data for this purpose is withdrawn.

Submitting data in a job application is voluntary, but necessary in order to participate in an ongoing recruitment process and any potential future recruitments.
