Cost model: Monthly costs are based solely on the number of serviced pieces of equipment without any additional licences.
Remuneration
The remuneration system in the case of IT Outsourcing (ITO) is prepared individually for each project, with the consideration of its specifics, the required competencies, as well as the budget foreseen by the client.
For the duration of the project, the invoice for services rendered by Cyclad is prepared at the end of each month in accordance with the works performed in a given settlement period on the basis of a monthly report subject to the client’s acceptance.
Warranty
Cyclad takes full responsibility for the proper functioning of the client's infrastructure, for the duration of the service period.
