Recuitment process
The recruitment process is made up of 3 stages:
- Stage 1
A recruitment interview with the candidate linked with a technical skills evaluation
During the interview, the candidate’s personality predispositions to take over a given position as well as the level of their motivation to undertake cooperation.
The technical knowledge is verified during the telephone conversation and again during the meeting, during which technical tests are conducted. The candidate’s foreign language level is evaluated by our foreign language lecturers.
- Stage 2
A meeting between the candidate and the project coordinator
Contact with the candidate allows for the selection of persons, meeting the profile needed by the client.
During the meeting with the selected candidates, the Project Coordinator becomes familiar with the candidate’s profile and expectations. During this stage, the candidate has the opportunity to become familiar, in detail, with the extent of their responsibilities and the specifics of the work of a given project, which will allow them to indicate whether the presented offer will allow them to achieve the designated professional aims and the development of their technical competencies.
The Project Coordinator remains in steady contact with the client, as the Coordinator is best aware of the specifics of the position and the company’s environment. For this reason, the aim of the meeting is the evaluation as to whether the candidate fully fits the needs of the client.
- Stage 3
A meeting between the candidate and the client
We recommend candidates, by sending a detailed CV in Cyclad format to the client, which is accompanied by a short description indicating the candidate’s competencies, connected with the offered position. If the sent profile meets the needs of the client, the Project Coordinator organizes a meeting, during which the candidate is presented to the client.
At each stage of the recruitment process, we take all efforts to ensure that it takes place in a professional environment, and that the presented employment offers are suited to the candidate’s professional competencies and aspirations.
